Approval Requests
Introduction
When collaborating on tickets, you may need to get an approval from a team member. Approval Requests will automatically DM that person with an easy way to give approval, leave comments, or make a note about why the request was rejected.
Sending Approval Requests
- Add an approval step to your assignment rules to automatically send
- Manually send from the web dashboard
Responding to Requests
Youβll be sent a DM from the Unthread Bot to approve or reject the request. The sender will be notified of your response.
Triggering Actions
You can set up a trigger for approval requests in Automations to build your own custom workflows to run once an approval is confirmed.
