    How to change personal notification settings

    Once logged in as an Unthread Agent, Owner, or Admin you can change your notification settings by clicking your user profile in the top right of any page in the Unthread UI.

    Select Notification settings to adjust your preferences.

    Stop following a conversation (Unthread dashboard)

    If you’re getting Unthread notifications for a conversation you no longer want to follow, open the conversation in the Unthread web dashboard and remove yourself as a follower from the right-hand side of the conversation page.
