    How to bulk exclude conversations from your Analytics

    If you have older test conversations and data that you would like to exclude from your Analytics you can do so in bulk or on a per conversation basis.

    • Navigate to the inbox view of the dashboard
    • To bulk exclude conversations select all and then select "More" and choose the "exclude from Analytics" option

    How to exclude individual conversations from your Analytics

    • Navigate to the conversation within the Unthread dashboard
    • Click the ... for more options at the top
    • Select "exclude from Analytics"
