    Setting Working Hours

    Set the working hours in the Project Setup under Product Configuration.

    Working Hours Functionality

    • Auto-response: In the Project Setup you can opt to have a different standard response sent to conversation requestors outside of the working hours.

    • Analytics: You can filter all analytics reports by "Working Hours Only" to filter out non-working hours data.
    • SLA: Customize Project SLA to account for business hours as opposed to outside of business hours. Your business hours are within your established working hours.
